About a month ago the decision where made to purchase the Kayako support system, - at that point we also needed someone to help us in regards to customizing and implementing the system.

From the beginning, it has been a very positive experience to work together with Felipe, Juan, Juss, and the others. They are responsive and very professional, and they know their stuff.

They have set up the complete system, and make huge changes to the design, and helped with various changes inside the application, - and we can only say that this has been a great experience to work with them.
