Kayako is a help desk application. Where would accepting payments come in?

For the same reason a lot of users have been wanting a "pay module". Some people run a support company and accept payments. If they did a lot of desktop support, this would let them accept funds even if the customer didn't have a bank account, or credit card.

Even people with 'pre-paid' cards could use the Kayako system of support.

I was saying it sounds like a good idea for a method of payment. Not specifically mentioning for use with Kayako.
