Hi Guys, Must be doing great ... out there! ![]() Just started using Kayako (leased), it looks really great, but ... The problem is to understand it completely … it’s like an ocean, one of my team mate comments. This is the only reason, that I'm here, can't wait to start using it in full strength. My question is not that tough, simple stuff, but need your expert advice, suggestion & guidance. Scenario: Project: www.abc.com Tasks: Logo/slogan design, website layout/design, website backend design, print media design, marketing campaign design (print & internet media) and some more tasks. Designers/Developers: I've 40 designers to whom I would like to publish this project. Now the actual question: 1. how I can do this, kayako; project = department or tasks = department or ??? or what are my options, to relate the whole picture? 2. I think ... D/D = Staff But still if you have any experienced thought/suggestion, feel free to share. The plan is to publish it to all the D/D, and they'll compete for it, but obviously without knowing each other, and without looking at each other comments too, but the webmaster or the project owner/admin, SHOULD be able to look all of their comments, thoughts & quotes too. Gurus, need your thoughts, how I can accomplish this task using Kayako. Please if having any additional questions, or concerns or having any doubts, do share or my question is not clear enough to understand. Just to add to my question, I just want some relationship, e.g., Project=Department Taks=Labels Staff=Designers/Developers Is this correct or ... that's it, I'm struggling in building the relationship of all these. And then obviously, implement too. Thanks; in advance & best regards, Syed |
