Corporate modification by Soft Air, excellent service!

We are a multinational company headquartared in Montecarlo, Principate of Monaco with corporate offices in Rome and the US

I hired Soft Air to install, configure, customize and deploy 4 Support Suites V3 for us. From the very beginning I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and skills of our assigned project manager for this job Juan, he himself and his team kept us updtated of every detail of our project, thanks Felipe, Juss and Esteban you guys did great!

Our project was completed on time and the results are simply incredible, my managers are impressed not only with Kayako but also with the great customation and consultancy service provided by Soft Air. Our kayakos are running internally password protected, due to company policies I cannot publish our URLs but I can assure you that this project really exceeded our expectations.
