do you know any CRM module for Kayako , free or not. or a solution which could be syncronised with Kayako staff users ?

Hi there,

I do not know of an existing CRM module or a integration bridge between any existing CRM products. This would be a very useful addon for the community, so if anyone has one to share (particulary one with SugarCRM), do feel free to post it here

sugarcrm is bull**** of freeware full of bugs.

don't work in safe mode, so you have to remove your security to get it works and then you will get hacked

it uses the common /tmp to store the session files which is a big security hole on a shared hosting server (all users can read the session files), and also writing in /tmp the session files don't work in safe mode

Safe Mode is being removed from PHP and it is advised you don't have it enabled.

It doesn't store db info in /tmp, only common used php files to speed up launch.

However, I agree with you. SugarCRM is utter junk.

we use safe mode on on all our servers, my advise is to work in safe mode all the time. good code works in safe mode, there are some rules to respect that's it.

about sugarcrm looks good but... and other suggestion ?

You shouldn't. The PHP team acknowledges that Safe Mode was a mistake and as such is removing it from PHP6.

not worth complaining about php safe mode etc...

Is there anything being done about the integration ?

In short we use WHMCS and Kayako and would love to have Sugar in the mix

How about vTiger. I like it because you can import your product database and orders. For a ecommerce company, this could be very helpful if thoroughly integrated with a helpdesk system. (ie referencing orders or products so that we could track shipping issues and product defects)
