Here are some more good news for Kayako customers! Holbi Kayako Development Deprtment is currently working on implementation of a Favorite Post and Search inside of the ticket. The module allows:

To make certain posts within the ticket as Favorite . Favorite posts are displayed in a separate tab, making it easier to access them at any time.

To make text search in the log of communication between the customer and support staff

Please let me know what do you think about this feature and if you are interesting in this module or you want to add new features to this module.
