Great Experience with Soft Air Ltd.

Here is my feedback to Juan at Soft Air who undertook customisation for me. I used to think these were adverts. They are not, believe me this company are superb.

The work you have done is superb and is exactly what I was wanting. I can’t stress enough how impressed I have been with the way you pre-empted the work, did the artistic design bit with minimum input from me using your own artistic flair, managed the work professionally keeping me informed and sorted everything out to make a fantastic end-product. I read on the forum about people having difficulties getting their support site working and am finding it hard to understand why they are simply not coming to you and getting the job done right.

PS - They sorted out the installation and upgrade from V2 - I didin't do anything, they sorted out an ISP piping issue , they did artwork ( icon) and they customised the Kayako V3 - absolutely top notch.

I do not have same experience. 3 days without any response, not any standard email, simply nothing. Bad service and surely not a good start.

Might want to check your spam catcher. I submitted a question yesterday and had a response in literally minutes, but had to extract it from "Junk Mail".
