How to contact the old SoftAir Company Owners ? - 17-06-2008, 10:56 PM

Hi,

Because of the free plugins SoftAir released before on their old website which is not theirs anymore, I'm trying to find a way to contact the (old) owners that can provide me these plugins, or at least can decide if they can still give them.

Who to contact for the old SoftAir ?

Thanks.

Don't think you can.... I had JC from software on my Skype but he hasn't even been on there in the last 7-10 months.... So probably can't reach them anymore....

Hi Thijs,

Please keep non-Kayako discussion outside of the Kayako and product related forums. I have moved your thread into the Marketplace forum.

Thanks,

Hi Jamie,

OK thanks, I thought this forum was OK.

@Digital Mayhem: That's a pity, let's hope he sees the topic here, now or than.

I was wondering if someone knows the old IP address where the old domainname was pointed to.

Thijs,

+- 80 % of the old staff from Softair went to Dewak. maybe you want to ask them about it ?

desperate to find softair - 07-08-2008, 02:49 PM

Hi

I was working with Sofair Ltd about a year ago and the project needs more work. Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of any of them so I can get a dialogue going?

Thanks
Dan

Hi Dan,

From what it looks like, Softair has effectively closed shop; so it is unlikely that your project will be continued. However, as Sjelle said above you can still contact the majority of Softair staff at a business called Dewak.

It was likely Carlos or someone like that who coded your project. He now works at http://www.dewak.com so contacting them should be the first thing to do.

JC is gone and more then likely Dewak will not provide the code. Which free app are you looking for in particular? Dewak has quite a few free mods that can be used instead.

Hello, Everyone!

First of all, I'd like to note that Oleksandr Grytsenko (also known as Alex) is now a leader of Holbi's Kayako Development team.

He worked for SoftAir LTDA (in Colombia) till the moment they went out of business. But even after that moment (spring 2008) Oleksandr worked for that company for a couple of months in order to complete ongoing projects and not let down the customers of SoftAir.

I have posted this message to draw attention of users and moderators of this forum to consider Holbi's Kayako Development team when they are interested in Kayako modules and custom Kayako development of the same (or even better) level than was available from SoftAir in the past.

We look forward to working with you!

Andrew, Holbi

I was under the impression Oleksandr only worked at SoftAir from a few months before it closed until when it closed.
