I recently purchased
SS for our company for a variety of reasons. Its customizability, cost, the large user groups and forums, being the prevelant reasons. I certainly did not buy it for its CRM qualities!

Thats where Oleksandr Grytsenko and Holbi came into play. After a month of using the boxed product and was in search of our first major customizing. I needed to tie tickets to institutions, not users, users to institutions, split out city/state/zip, etc. I needed better search capabiity and more auto-populate functionality.
I finally decided on Holbi and it was almost a better decision that buying
SS itself. I created a scope of work, got a bid from Alex, and decided to go with it. I could not be more pleased. He stuck to his time-frame (3-days which blew my socks off), delivered all I asked for, communicated extremely well so he knew what I wanted.
The after a smooth install I had a glitch! Here we go I thought, but true to his professional nature and skills he was online in minutes. He found a little nuiance in his program and had us running with-in 30 minutes. I know I will do more customizing over the next year with things like billing reports and locking down "auto-create" user accounts if something/anything is put in the email field..I hate that! And I know who I will use for this service. It will be Holbi and Alex without a doubt!
