Need a more powerful/detaield reporting tool - 08-02-2010, 11:56 PM

Hi, this may sound strange but I'm not sure what I'm looking for - at least not exactly.

We want to implement a more detailed reporting tool for tickets. i.e., under Tickets, Reports, Department summary...would there be a way to separate Call Log into email and phone logs? In Service Level Report, is there any way this can be read graphically in a chart or something similar?

Is there an add-on (1st or 3rd party) that have these kinds of features?

Again, "more powerful/detailed" is a very general statement. What we're looking for is mainly an improved way of seeing our reports. Thanks for any help.

Detailed reporting mods are currently not available for v3. A few simple reporting mods are available in the Mods section of the forums. You might want to look at it.
