Paid support ticket system? - 04-03-2008, 08:26 PM

Is there any way to charge for a support ticket to go to certain departments? I think this would require a developer add on, but I'm not certain.

TicketPay would do this. See Supportmods.com but be aware of the problems people are having.

I looked at that, and couldn't tell if there was a way to make just certain departments paid or if they all become paid support.

I am sure I seen a way to do it per department in the screenshots but contact them and ask to be sure.

I have and use TicketPay and you can choose Department(s) you want to us it for. for example I only have it on our "Premium Support" department.

LOL...update speed? Supportmods can't even finish installing the original product. I paid for it in November and still don't have it installed.

That's what I've heard, and why I'm trying to avoid them

Is there something complex about your installation? We installed the demo (after I made this post) with almost no trouble at all.
