For all of you that requirement payment for support, what software are you using to integrate into Kayako? How easy is it to integrate and does this module stop people from submitting tickets if they haven't paid? I need to start looking for a different solution. Anybody have any good suggestions? |

I have heard nothing from her either and the phone never gets answered. Goes to voicemail after a few rings.
