Review of Soft Air eSupport modifications - 23-10-2005, 02:22 AM

I just want to say how pleased I am with SoftAir. I had them install, customize, and configure SupportSuite for me. First off, before anyone replies to this thread, no….I do not work for them :-)

After days of trying to configure SupportSuite and also trying integrate it with the look and feel of my website, I was fairly frustrated. Then, I saw the post here and contacted Soft Air Ltd. for help. Everyone there was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

They went totally out of their way to make sure I was happy at every stage of the game. Juan was my main contact there and he was available 24 hours a day. I don’t know when he sleeps! They are totally dedicated to their mission.

At one point, there was a CSS issue between SupportSuite and my forms. One of the techs (Juss) went home for the day and said he couldn’t sleep, thinking about the problem. He actually got up in the middle of the night and fixed the code from home. Simply incredible.

Another tech there, (Felipe) installed custom templates for me and walked me through some of the areas in SupportSuite I wasn’t very familiar with. Anytime I had a question, he was right there for me. Like a live Kayako manual!

Anyway, to sum it all up, if you don’t want the generic look of Kayako and would rather not spend countless nights getting it up and running, do yourself a favor and contact them.

Hi Swish, their price for installing and customizing was $200.00us. I had them migrate all users and database over from my old install and do a few other small things. My price was $240.00us. They wanted half down and half upon completion.
This price includes 3 months of support and also includes custom designed icons.

Hello Swish, depending on your situation, they take about a week for basic install/customization. However, I have been having them do on-going extra customization, so it has been taking a little longer.
I just had do a little work on the look of the Live Chat window and it came out great.

The errors you are seeing are for kids with nothing else better to do but push submit buttons with no message attached. The contact form works just fine…if you are leaving a message.

Yes, both versions of eSupport are on the website currently. This is obviously because we still haven’t gone live with it yet. There are still a few things left to do. I don’t know…..it seems like you could have figured that out on your own.

Like I said in another thread, to yet another attack by you……let’s take a look at your website. Apparently we all need some pointers.

Mikie, innerplanet.com V3 live support is not live yet and thanks for letting us some possible gaps.

I dont think that Innerplanet.com based its rates on fierce competence but in impecable support thus creating a product for educated consumers.

Thanks for your comments we'll take what is saveable and left what is not
