My firm is highly skilled in Windows ASP hosting and development and needed to find a help desk system. Although our goal was for it to be ASP, we chose Kayako due to its outstanding functionality.

We tried to install the product and PHP and MySql (we us MS SQL) with no success. So we searched this forum for third party "installers" and came to learn of SupportSkins.

Even though they are not Windows experts they rose to the occasion. Their turn around time was less than one day, they constantly kept me in the loop and, most importantly, if they were unsure about a Windows related config issue, they knew when to ask for help!

I highly recommend their services! And PS: their skins are GREAT.
