After I have read some comments in here I decided to let SupportSkins change the userinterface of our Helpdesk.

I gave them just a few details. They understood 100% our needs and did a very fast, very clean and very professional job! Also they are extremly helpful if you need to get any changes done once the new skin is installed.

SupportSkins is an excellent and reliable company to deal with and gets our full recommendation. Whenever a testimonial is needed in german I'm more than happy to help out because these guys really deserve it.

For over a year our Kayako install has not looked anything like our site, but we did nothing about it because we knew that our site was going to be changing this year. The new site went live in mid-January and we still had not found time to work on making the Kayako install look like our new site. I was happy to find this thread speaking of the experience that others have had with SupportSkins, so I decided to give them a try.

Their work was delivered quickly, on-time, all communication was professional, and the work was GREAT! Now our Kayako install matches our site exactly. SupportSkins has saved us a great deal of time, and time is money, so they are well worth the fee.

Not Kayako based, but I may as well comment on my experiance with SupportSkins.

I came to him last year with a template (PSD only) that I needed coded into a single page template CSS based but that would work in IE6 too. Hiren did this for me quickly and professionally.

I have since been back to him in the last few weeks for him to do the same and he has again impressed me by doing it again quickly and professinally.

If you want anything done with templates, Hiren at SupportSkins is the guy to do it!

The thing about coding a template into Kayako is it takes a large amount of time due to the number of If / Else / etc statements inside Kayako and the number of templates needed to modify. Obviously this comes at a cost but Hiren's services are well worth it.

The other thing about the service he provides is he is always at hand to sort any problems after the work is completed.

That is correct considering we modify and update almost all the templates.

Just a quick message to say that we used SupportSkins for site and email customisation and they were fantastic!

The work was carried out within budget and on time.

We had a few tweaks which we wanted to implement, e.g. hidden breaklines above the HTML email, which worked a treat.

They recoloured icons and even created a 3D box with our logo on for the Downloads section. These little touches all add up to make a great site.

It is nice to know that SupportSkins don't just have a "one size fits all" approach and that they do take the time to research and customise to your exact requirements.

The company is a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to everyone.
