You should submit a ticket on their site for a quote. They will provide previous work there.

Hello Everyone,

Below is my thoughts on SupportSkins.com

I required my eSupport to be modified to suit my site, and to also have modifications to be done to get the eSupport to work the way I wanted to.

I contacted about 5 differnet places that customise Kayako Products. I asked their advise, and what they could do.

Some people said some things could be done, and others said they can't.

When I first contacted Hiren, the replies came fast and with a wealth of knowledge.

To be honest, SupportSkins were not cheap, infact they were the most expensive out there.

So why did I choose them? Some of their competition, said they could do some things, but not others. Others, well their website did not even work properly, so i thought if they can't get their site working, then they are not touching mine. Others took over 3 days to reply.

So SupportSkins, were more expensive, and I was anxious, but in the end it was worth it.

It is true what they say, you get what you pay for. And with SupportSkins, I got the most professional service i could have ever imagined. If you pay for cheap stuff, that is what you get. SupportSkins offers NOTHING but a Premium Professional Service, that is second to none.

In four words, Support Skins are;
  • Professional
  • Polite
  • Patient
  • Knowledgeable
During the process, am I am sure Hiren you will agree, I was a Pain. I asked for one thing, and no longer that it was completed, i wanted it changed. It was changed, and I wanted it changed again. All the time Hiren was polite, professional, ethical and got the job done fast.

So was it worth it?

YES, it was.

In fact, now that my template is finished, (well I am still looking at certain things though), I wish I could turn back time, and instead of wasting my time looking at other providers, I should have just Contacted Hiren and the Team at SupportSkins.

I can not praise the team at SupportSkins enough for their effort in my project.

So do I think it was overpriced now? No Way!!! Like i said above, you get what you pay for. In fact this service is soo good, that in all future endevours, and if anyone EVER contacts me about getting Modification work done with Kayako, there is only one person I will recommend.

To the Team at SupportSkins, I can not thank you enough for your effort on my site.
