Let me introduce myself... My name is Rob Moore and my company is DemoWolf (www.demowolf.com). We provide custom flash-based support tutorials, mainly (but not exclusively) to the web hosting industry. Although we do not customize Kayako's SupportSuite ourselves, we have been partnering with a company that does... SoftAir (www.softairltda.com). SoftAir has been around these forums for awhile, and in my opinion, do the absolute best customizations of SupportSuite installations you can get, and at very reasonable prices. The purpose of this post is to showcase a job we recently completed with SoftAir, to show how SoftAir and DemoWolf can spruce-up your Kayako SupportSuite installation, including customizing the look and feel to exactly match the look of your existing website (SoftAir), and custom flash-based tutorials to show your customers how to use your SupportSuite (DemoWolf). The customization included: 1. Full integration of SupportSuite into the customer’s website 2. Full customization of SupportSuite colors to match the customer’s website 3. Design of new widgets to match the look of customer’s website 4. Customization of Live Response online/offline graphics 5. Customization of Live Response Chat window 6. Addition of new widgets and links, as per customer request Included with this particular customization job was also an additional widget and link for “How to use Support”, which links to a flash-based “movie” tutorial showing customers exactly how to use the customer’s support system. This tutorial was produced by DemoWolf, after SoftAir finished customizing the SupportSuite installation. SoftAir designed the widget and link to the tutorial, and integrated it into the SupportSuite installation. SoftAir and DemoWolf will also partner to include additional "Flash Tutorials" or "Support Tutorials" widgets in your SupportSuite, that will link to any number of DemoWolf support tutorials so that all your support materials for your customers can be accessed from one place.... your Kayako SupportSuite installation. These tutorials may include custom tutorials (to your specifications), or any of our regular tutorials (i.e. CPanel, Direct Admin, DNS updates, transfers and private nameservers, FTP tutorials, etc).
