Dear All,

I definitely have to agree with the kudos Softairltda.com has received in this thread!

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the people at softairltda.com for their work on customizing my e-support system. I found the company thru all the excellent reviews on these forums and I truly could not be happier with the work they have done for me and my company.

At first, I was hesitant to purchase e-support because I was unsure how I would go about customizing the program to fit with the rest of my site. I had done my homework and it looked like customizing the program would be a major task. Something I was not ready to take on by myself. Anyway, thru the forums I stumbled upon a link and review touting softair's services. I contacted them before I purchased the program, with the questions I had, and they responded to my email immediately. Suffice to say, they were very professional and gave me the confidence to go thru with the e-support order and pay for their customization services.

At every step of the way, Juan and his team were absolutely amazing! The end result of my kayako e-support customization came out better than I could have ever hoped for! Juan and the softairltda.com staff, if you are reading this, I cannot thank you enough for all your help with my e-support customization!

I have to agree with all the positive remarks in this thread, Soft Air are an excellent company especially the coordination JC exercises with other colleagues. They have done many things for me amongst customizing my supportsuite and fixing it serveral times (far faster than kayako do actually)

Thanks Soft Air, you work has been great and well worth it, i will without a doubt be back in future to use your services.

Softair integration Feb 03,2007 - 06-02-2007, 12:12 AM

I very satisfied with the migration that went through this weekend with Softair. Since we start getting traffic on Sunday afternoons from various places in the world (already on monday time) it was imperative that we moved Saturday night. Daniel was on call on Sunday and quickly fixed items that I was unable to do. We have had no complaints from our customers about the support ticket system migration so far. The migration was seamless.

I am a perfectionist at demanding results but I am extremely happy that the migration went through without a glitch.

Also I am an extremely picky person, so there were many times when things were claimed "done" that were not. I kept pushing, regardless, as I was aware that Softair had the skills to do it, and I did not have the time on my hands to do it myself.

Beautiful and Fantastic.

I would be very happy to show Softair's work to other potential clients.

It's been a pleasure working with JC and his crew, Daniel was also very helpful. I was very impressed with how well they worked on integrating kayako into our webdesign and converting everything perfectly, along with adding an additional customization we required.

Software customization - 17-04-2007, 08:29 PM

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years and have and have had very few experiences as good as this one. Not only did Softair meet my expectations but they did it in the time that they proposed. They came in on time at the price that they promised. I will recommend them to anyone and will continue to use their resources.

Smile Softair performance - 01-05-2007, 08:23 PM

As I see it Softair is doing a very good job. I have had several modifications done over the last month and they have provided even more then asked for. To work from a minor comment and provide the actual functioning module is quite impressive. If any of you have worked in the SAP world it takes immense amounts of time to accomplish anything. Our last upgrade of SAP took five months and we did not change functionality at all. Cheers to JC and his team at Softair.

I must say as well that Soft Air is a great company to do business with. They provided me with a quote within a few hours and also helped/walked me through fixing some of the modules that I had used. The did not have to do this but they helped me customize their module for my personal use and to fit my site. Their demeanor and excellent customer service has guaranteed my business in the future.
