When our organization, Overseas Vote Foundation, realized that we needed to completely transform the CSS of the Kayako system to meet our particular design and user needs we turned to SoftAir. I would have to say once again that JC and his team lead by Andres have done a tremendous job on our latest project. We hired a different firm to redo our site and when they did not deliver what we wanted, I went with the true and trusted. Should have done that from the beginning. I contacted SofttAir to help with some customization features with our Live Response with 3 different template groups. They worked within our budget and did a wonderful job at it. Even though it was a small job, they responded to every email within minutes, gave me all the attention I required and answered all my questions in detail. I would definitely recommend them to others using Kayako.

If you are looking for integration between Joomla and Kayako, I have to recommend Soft Air. From the start of the project, the level of professionalism was incredible. The quote arrived the next morning, I requested it at 1:00 am, I guess they have to sleep. Once i engaged them, never did I have to question the status of the project. I received almost daily reports of the status. Oh and they brought the project to a close prior to the completion date!!! Finally, the cost was very very reasonable. I can't say enough. This is truly a no brainer!!!!!!

I contacted softair asking them for a price to Bridge my Kayako & Joomla who did reply but saying sorry - They had too much work on and could not help me. So it would appear that they have moved on to bigger and greater things!

However, I did find a alternative solution which allows you to lookup Joomla User Passwords!

I did find an alternative solution which allows me to view my Joomla Users Passwords (V-Pass). So all I'm doing for now is Creating an account in Kayako and using my users existing user name & password. LINK: Joomla Hacks - Home

In the meantime, if anyone from SoftAir decides that they have time to Bridge my Joomla Installation... I would love to hear from you???
