SoftAir - More than just custom Kayako installations.....

I wanted to share this with the rest of you Kayako users....

Many of you know about SoftAir, the company that customizes Kayako installations to match the look and feel of your site (see www.2bithost.com/support to see what I'm talking about).

But what you may NOT know, is that SoftAir does much more than just customize Kayako. They also are experts in PHP and JavaScript programming (and possibly other things too.... but I'm just speaking about my experiences), and do custom jobs as well. They just finished building me a custom JavaScript menu system for my new business, DemoWolf. Check it out:

The menu along the top of the home page was built by Softair. I simply explained to them exactly what I wanted it to look like, and which menus I wanted to drop down.... and they built it within a couple days. After a little tweaking, and discussing on MSN, they had it exactly the way I wanted it. It was built using JavaScript and PHP.

What I like best about it, is that two files were included.... a new index.php file, and a links.php file. If ever I want to change any of the drop down links, add new ones, delete existing ones, or change the hyperlinks.... I can do that very easily by modifying the links.php page. VERY easy, and it means I don't have to go back to them for such changes when I add new demo series (and thus will want to add more drop down menu options under the "Web Hosting Demos" main menu).

Anyways... just wanted to share my experiences with SoftAir. I highly recommend them for custom Kayako installations, as well as other custom JavaScript or PHP programming. An excellent bunch of guys to deal with.

I'm sorry, I cannot confirm this. I used their contact form 3 days ago to ask for customization of my SupportSuite site, but until now not any response. If service starts in this way, it's better not too use such company's services.

Check your spam filter. I did the same thing, contacted them yesterday for the first time and had a response within minutes. Outlook did try however to put a "junk mail" flag on it..

Yes, definitely check your spam filter. I assure you that they were very responsive with me, and even provided me with their MSN contact details. I rarely contacted them via MSN, but they contacted me that way a lot. Whether it was to give me an update on how they were progressing, or to get me to take a look at their work....

I suspect they responded to you, but for some reason the response didn't get through.

Innerspace , we found that on 22 Dec 2005 03:20 PM (EST) Roger Crawford filled a contact form at www.softairltda.com we replied that 21 minutes later on 22 Dec 2005 03:41 PM (EST) please let us if this is your inquiry, please look on your Junk email, the reply may have gotten there

We also add you to our MSN as instructed on your initial contact but we have not have an opportunity to see you online.
