It could seems obvious and ripetitive, as I've saw several reviews about them, but I should add my experience ewith this company....

I bought this software becouse I liked the features and I did not know where to start from.

Those guys not only made an awesome customization, but also follow up even with whst I've found now ( that I have basic product knowledge) stupid questions. Juss is really an excellent designer, he was abled to transfor my idea in awesome winkets...

The team is well organized with both design and enginering involved in the project, while Juan superivse and coordinate in an excellent way. They let me develop my ideas and they were able to drive me to the right choices, respecting my ideas and explaining me clearly when they had to impose their own.

As they were moving to a new office, I saw them on my messenger working trough noight hours just to get the customization done by time, and it was amazing see a coder available on my Msn really 24/7.


Finallly, If you want to boost your kayako, this is the place to go.
