No Jamie nobody has received the product yet... I have helped her test it and so I have copy of it on our development site OurDevelopmentStuff.com - but haven't gotten it for our Live Site... So I know the product exists and works just matter of getting it out to people who have paid for it.... So the module is complete just the Licensing Issue just don't know why its taking so long........

Same goes for us.

At this stage we rescheduled the recourses that are involved in getting this up and running a couple of times, simply because there is no product.

I would be happy to (re)schedule again (and again), if we only could have any sign of life.

The only promissing signals we have seen sofar are from craigbrass in this forum. Does he have a share in this company?

Anyway, we take our losses and we will wait (yes, we can get a chargeback...). Just some regular (weekly/biweekly) update would help. We are in the supportbusiness, aren't we?

I don't have a share in the company, no. I have discussed a product my company is developing with her and it kinda goes hand in hand with a product she is developing in another company she is a part of and we have discussed integrating them. She seams pretty legit, just a tad slow.

That isn't my website. OrderGuru is his. He is developing a windows application to manage orders. We (totally separate company owned mainly by me and nothing to do with his) are developing an eCommerce / Shopping Cart solution (Viper Cart). As such, we discussed a while back about our cart being integrated with his import system.

No, but it adds credibility to my point about her being honest and not going to take the money and run. Her only problem is she promises but doesn't deliver on the date. It will get done, just time needs to be given.
