Jamie has she contacted you? I just got done talking to her on MSN Messenger and let her know that alot of people were complaining and that you restricted her ability to post in the Advert Forum until she contacts you and she said she would contact you ASAP... just woundering if she ever did contact you as she was online for 2 hours and just got offline... As I see she didn't post in here with a update or anything but was just woundering if she contacted you...

Is OrderGuru/SupportMods a guy or girl. I've been reading references to both. Or are they two seperate people?

Either way, an update needs to be made before a lot of people get really pissed off here.

No, but it adds credibility to my point about her being honest and not going to take the money and run. Her only problem is she promises but doesn't deliver on the date. It will get done, just time needs to be given.
Why does Craig say "he" in the first paragraph and then "her" in the second. I'm confused.

I have heard back from SupportMods after sending another e-mail. She says that she will be in touch with everyone today, here and individually.

Hello Everyone:

I am currently going through and doing installations, however there could be a delay if you fall into any of the following:

1. Zend - I have bought Zend from Steve here on the forums but we cannot get it activated for some reason. If we end up not being able to activate the license I bought, we are not going to support Zend installations and will promptly refund any monies.

2. Modded Installations - if you have a modded installation outside of just templates, etc, then there will be a tiny delay (1 to 2 more days) at most as I am installing those that purchased the module with no modifications first, as the install is easy and less time consuming.

3. Refunds - If you would like a refund and are tired of waiting then I will grant this immediately. Just create a ticket or private message me and I will make sure that happens between now and Monday Night.

I apologize to everyone for the delays and lack of communication as there were several things going on (moved into a new office, licensing, bugs, etc). However, these are not excuses for not updating you guys/gals, so we sincerely apologize and hope we can move forward on a positive note from here.

I paid for this module early November so I haven't been able to launch for more then 3 months. Communication is severly lacking. I'm at a point right now where no body can even submit a ticket via the support centre (they just get errors) and when a staff submits a ticket with the autoresponder selected all I get is a blank page. I've emailed regarding these issues and have yet to receive any response. Hopefully she will pipe up soon.

Supportsmods don't have a clue - 11-02-2008, 04:02 PM

When reading the recent posts I get the feeling that Supportmods don't have a clue what they are doing.

Even if TicketPay is cheap (and maybe that's the problem) I won't spend a dime on thier software. Maybe they should raise the price and hire some real programmers?

How can you pay for software that dont work? You paying to be beta testers!
And you don't even get support!!
