How can you pay for software that dont work? You paying to be beta testers!
And you don't even get support!!
Our rule number one for sales is: "don't sell things we can't deliver..."

At SupportMods it seems as if sales is still up and running untill now.

We call that 'strange', we all are in the support business, aren't we?

Jamie can you please look into an issue for me? SupportMods said that she can't complete my install because she is waiting for Kayako to look into an issue regarding databases. Can you look into whether this is indeed the truth and/or what the status of that fix is? I'm having a hard time getting any kind of response from Latesha.

The advertisement thread for TicketPay has been removed from the Marketplace forum; some people are still not receiving any response or updates from SupportMods regarding their purchases.

While it is not possible for us to moderate transactions or provide arbitration for any marketplace dispute, I will do my best to help with any complaints made.

Thanks Jamie...lack of communication is a serious problem. I mean we are not asking for much...just inform us of what is going on.

Okay Latesha got back to me and said that the bug she was experiencing has been resolved and that I should be up and running tomorrow. She said that I had to restore a template to solve one of the bugs so that is what we are working on as well. I'll keep you posted.

Yea, I spoke to her last night too. She said she was going to sort the issues ASAP.

Yeah I also told her to come here and post an update so people know that she is still working on our installs.

Excuse my newbie question...

You should see a ticketpay menu item in the staff cp and a huge list of ticketpay settings within the admin cp.

I don't know what to say again...I've given her what she needs and still nothing, no updates, no responses, no installation. This is getting rediculous.

Does anyone have a more direct and effective way of getting a hold of SupportMods?

Jamie - what can be done here. It seems as though whenever you get involved somehow I begin to get responses from her.

Maybe Jamie just needs to keep a prodding stick in his hand then

Last time I spoke to her she said she was going to come here and reply.

On the weekend she stated that "It would be installed tomorrow" however 4 days later I get nothing. I really don't understand why its so difficult to reply to emails, pms, IM to simply provide a status.
