Mine was installed and was working until we just moved now says invalid license as its linked to our old IP address from when we were in Virginia. What's happening with my installation. I purchased this software LAST YEAR and this is my experience 1. Ever since SupportMods touched my installation, my Livesupport keeps crashing when I open it. 2. I cannot login to my SupportMods Helpdesk accounts. Their helpdesk says my accounts don't exist. 3. It takes 2 weeks to 1 month to get a support response. SupportMods ignores my many Private messages on Kayako 4. SupportMods does not tell us what's happening. Listen SupportMods, This is crazy. You have your own installation of eSupport and your have access to Kayako forum Private messages. Why don't you use it ? Why don't you communicate with us ? This is making me VERY angry.
