I have her on the messenger due to discussing integrating one of the products my company is creating with one her company is creating a while back. She is usually on for some amount of time every day.

Hmm yea, MSG Plus says last seen online was the 15th. That is while I am at the office though so she could of been online at other times.

My LiveResponse application has been crashing for the past 3 week. I don't know for sure if it's because of the installation attempts. I'll uninstall it and try it on different machines.

Mine was installed and was working until we just moved now says invalid license as its linked to our old IP address from when we were in Virginia. Been trying to contact her to update our new address.

Has anyone heard back from SupportMods yet? been almost 3 weeks since she said she was gonna fix my install.

I sent her a email almost a week ago and got no response.

They almost finished installing the mod on my server. But apparently my host uses mod_security. The script requires that mod_security be turned off.

I have a hard time understanding how SupportMods can sell "support" software, yet provide this kind of support. Anyway, I'll stop right there.

Was your issue resolved yet ? How long did it take ? How much money did you lose while waiting ? I'm trying to gauge the level of support we are getting.

What's happening with my installation.

I purchased this software LAST YEAR and this is my experience
1. Ever since SupportMods touched my installation, my Livesupport keeps crashing when I open it.
2. I cannot login to my SupportMods Helpdesk accounts. Their helpdesk says my accounts don't exist.
3. It takes 2 weeks to 1 month to get a support response. SupportMods ignores my many Private messages on Kayako
4. SupportMods does not tell us what's happening.

Listen SupportMods,

This is crazy. You have your own installation of eSupport and your have access to Kayako forum Private messages. Why don't you use it ? Why don't you communicate with us ?

This is making me VERY angry.
