Hello All,

When we ordered the Esupport system from Kayako, we needed it integrated into our site so the interface would be more welcoming to our hosting clients.

We took the decision to let Soft Air Ltd do this, and they have been great from the start to finish. They did a full integration of the support desk with the integration of our template and new icons and the color schemes.

If you need someone to integrate Kayako support desk, I would recommend Soft Air Ltd 100%, they're friendly and very helpful. If I needed something changing then they would do it straight away with out any questions asked.
Totally top notch service, WELL DONE Soft Air Ltd!

Zend Optimizer not installed

We have just changed our servers which cshosting is hosted on, therefore the new server does not have zend installed on it yet.

The support desk will be back online when we have installed zend.
