I want to set up a custom eSupport template so that one of my large clients can view and prioritize their own tickets, add articles to their private knowledgebase, etc, but I don't want them to see developer notes, billing etc. I know that I can set this up but I don't have the time to mess with it. I am also sure that there are capabilities and ideas that I have not thought of that an expert might sugggest. I am willing to spend a reasonable fee for someone to spend time with me on the phone or on IM to set things up. TIA Mike |
