| CC users should get the ticket info -

Dear all,
please can someone help me on this issue:
When a user submits a ticket through Ticketing system(support suite) the CC user(Ex:Manager) is not getting the copy of the ticket when the user submits the ticket.
The CC user(Manager) is able to view that ticket only when the ticket gets updated by the staff member or when the staff member do post reply, so the issue is unknown to the Manager initially.
I need that the CC user(Manager) should get the copy of the ticket when it has been submitted initially.
