Hi, We need a developer who can help us develop a custom email parser which examines an email's subject, and looks to see if an open ticket already exists with that subject. If so, the parser appends the new email to that ticket, if not, it creates a new ticket. Please contact me if this is something you wish to bid on. Thanks!
