Hello everyone, My company is seriously interested in purchasing SupportSuite but there are some features lacking. Before we commit to the purchase, we need to be assured that it will provide everything we want. We are willing to pay for custom modifications within reason. What we are looking for is more project management features. We are in the process of creating a detailed list of the feature requests. I'm posting this now to see if there is anyone out there that is familiar with the product already that would potentially like to take this on. What we are asking for (at the surface level) is to add another another module (page / interface / whatever you want to call it) that will provide a full project management featureset. When I say "full", it may not be as full blown as software that is dedicated strictly to project management but it will be a considerable addition. Again, we are currently working through the specifics of what we need and will provide that to any interested bidders. Further information (beyond what is listed in red) such as ballpark price, suggestions about what should and should not be included, etc. is not necessary at this time but may be beneficial. Check the marketplace board. There is a couple of developers able to offer customisation services.
