Hi, I'd like to build up some custom reports. Those in kayako are just not useful. I'm going through the logs and I see I can do something on my own via SQL queries -- but I'm thinking, is there a better way to do it? Some custom tool to build custom queries both over default tables and also custom fields? Some plugin, widget, addition, that can be added to Kayako for doing this? I'm sure many people have come across this problem, how did you solve it? I just see normal SQL queries -- but this get tough only to delve into the tables diagram ( My SupportSuite version: 3.30 Thanks a lot |
