customizing: what can you do for me?

Either the threads in this forum are all from soft air, or they really are that good, so...

what kinda of customizations do they do?

My current wishlist of SupportSuite is:

* I'd like the mail parser to add anyone on the incoming cc list to the message cc list (recipients)

* I'd like additional reports, or additional formats of the reports. Reports such as who in what group owns how many items or a comparison of how many tickets were closed by a selected group of users over variable periods of time

* ldap for staff authentication

... there are more, are any of these doable (not just by softair)

I've posted a couple reviews on softair's work, and can definitely say that I am not employed or affiliated with them in any way. I'm just a very happy customer. I didn't even know about them before I started searching for someone to customize my Kayako SupportSuite. I found out about them here in these forums, and contacted them directly.

I highly recommend them.

As for your customization requests..... I'll have to leave those questions to others. I have no idea how to do any of that stuff (which is why I went to softair ). But you're asking for something a little different than I asked for. I'm sure you'll get a more specific response from someone shortly.

I am also a very happly client of Softair. I cannot say how good they have been... no words can describe it. They were happy to change every little nitty gritty detail for me without question.

I can also fully recommend them. They did a very nice job customizing minor things of my v3 installation and I will definitely use them again if I ever need to customize the look again.
