Their choice of data center isn't the best. I have read about some nasty issues people have had and it is obvious they are not quick at getting issues sorted. A data center should be able to get a downed server back alive within 15 minutes if its a software issue and 60 minutes if it is a hardware issue. The industry has come to expect this. We use three data centres at the moment, The Planet, GNAX and Softlayer. All of our client servers are now with Softlayer, and the ones that currently remain on GNAX will eventually be moved over. slinc, I am sorry you feel the need to research other services; unfortunately the problems of today are completely outside of our control and we are badgering the data centre to speed things up. -------------------------------------------------------------------
