Seems this has been broken since day 1

And still not working... Kayako tell me this is due to "server configuration" - but of course are unable to tell me what or where the problem is

THEREFORE I WILL PAY Anyone who can make my eSupport install handle email properly.

The support team investigated this while my support was still active but were unable to resolve it, quoting server configuration issues. My support has since elapsed... and I saw no point in renewing it as they were never any help anyway.

If I remember correctly email piping could not be set on your server due to a cPanel issue due to which I had set POP3 accounts for your helpdesk. Are they not working now?
