Integration/Template for IT consulting firm

Hello,
we would have placed this in the marketplace but we dont have 5 posts so I figured we would place it here to hopefully catch someones attention.
We have had Kayako full license installed since 12-06 and have been experimenting with configuration for some time.
I am tired of trying to tweak the settings in such a way that will allow us to use Kayako for our company.
We are an IT consulting firm and we need to tweak some settings. One of my associates says there should be some sort of template for IT providers on Kayako similar to other CRM applications.
I need to find out if 1. someone does in fact provide templates? 2. if there is someone here that will provide customization?

If not is there anyone that is an IT provider using Kayako as there CRM solution?
We are hoping so....

Well I am not sure if I can post this here since this is not in the market place but yes we do provide ready to use templates as well as template customization services to match your existing website. One such other provider is SoftAir. Either ways you are assured to get quality services.
