Yep, those are the only two companies offering Kayako modification services and I can personally say from experience SupportSkins is a really good company to deal with.

Lets remove SupportMods from this list as their support is non-existent and have a weak product.

We are talking about companies who do development work to spec. I think SupportMods just sell pre-made software. Tesha will be able to confirm tho.
