I have the latest so called 'stable build' eSupport Kayako (3.10.02) and Kayako
claims that now finally they have managed to get LoginShare working between X-Cart and Kayako eSupport ... like it should have done around 8 monyhs ago
when they promised it would work as well.
I am in the progress of testing if this will work now and my reluctantly upgraded support will pay off after having being misled in the same way the last time (6 months ago). Very dissapointing customer approach regarding this from Kayako I should add.
Is there
anybody outthere who has got this working at all?!
I would suggest that everybody who has got 3.09 and up to start complaining about the connection not working; like they promise it would do, where you paid a lot of dollars for and what you should be getting ... instead of the 'it was a bug' but you have to upgrade you support account (AGAIN!) to get the latest 'stable version which does function' and 'you'll have to check with X-Cart' techniques they use ...
Dissapointing to say the very least and to put it very mild!!!
