Softair did the customization of Kayako SupportSuite v3 for me, and I am extremely pleased. They are very professional, and go over-and-above the scope of what they have to do. They stick with it until the job is done to MY satisfaction. I would highly recommend them. I thought my site would be too difficult, since I have custom headers, footers, AND side navigation bar (and I used FrontPage to create my site, which is usually a problem for PHP programmers), but Softair came through with flying colors.
