We are using a Kayako eSupport v2.3.5 http://www.systemtradingblog.com/esupport/ and we prefer the older version, but our server just upgraded their php and my sql. We can send emails fine, but we just can't receive them. I put the versions used in my profile. Was wondering if anyone would be available for hiring just to make the version I have compatible with the php and my sql that is currently on my server, while I keep the version of Kayako we have.
