Hi,
I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post in, so please excuse me if it is not.
We currently have Support Suite and we are looking for some custom development as follows:
As a TT system the Kayako product is great however we would also like to use it as a repository for customer data for example a customer may have more than 100 products and when they have a support issue how do we identify the product?
What we would like is a seperate DB table or two that links customer products and vendor details circuit id's provider contact details and internal references, such as
Customer J Bloggs Bank
Product;cust ref;provider;provider ref; provider contact details;
ADSL; 0207 123456; Griffin; 76243; Email, Phone, Address;
SDSL; 898989; Entanet; 34534; Email, Phone, Address;
GSM;0787012343;Vodafone;7509874315;Email, Phone, Address;
When we create the customer and the TT login then we would like to be presented with the ability to add products on a line by line basis,
Product would be a predefined drop down list.
Customer ref would be a manual input.
Provider would be a predefined drop down list.
Provider ref would be a manual input
Contact details would be a drop down list from a template
We would need the inclusion of a search function for any of the above fields, this would mean that when a customer reports a problem on their ADSL line 0207 123456 we would be able to find the vendor information and resolve the issue in a timely fashion, the feature of being able to search old TT's by using the same field would also be a bonus.
Anyone out there brave enough to take on the task? if so give me a nudge and we can talk details and $£€
