Modification Needed

I have purchsed an unbranded license and need to find someone to add a custom module for me. I need to be able to associate IT assets with users and users with companies. For example if I have a support contract with Company A and they have 10 users , one of which is the user manager for that company, I will need to assign 1 workstation to each user, as well as allowing the user manager to assign himself the group assets (servers, printers, routers, etc.) This information would include about a dozen fields such as Operating System, RAM, Processor, Hard Drive, etc. If the user submits a ticket, we can drill down to find out what system is having trouble and know the details before we begin to troubleshoot.
I had asked Soft Air to do this, but it is outside their capacity at his time. Please let me know if someone already has this module built, or if you have the knowledge to help me build it. I will gladly share it back to the community once it is done.

You could acheive this using users custom fields, users groups and template groups. Probably wouldn't be the ideal solution but it will be cheaper.
