I have a client that uses the Kayako ticket system and we need help setting a few things up. We can't figure out how to add canned responses to the system so we can use them, and are a bit confused with the alert/notification system. We probably only need about an hour or so of assistance - maybe even just some help on the phone. Please email me directly if you are interested, along with rate info. Thanks! Hello, I read that perhaps there is training available either through Digital Mayhem or maybe somewhere else. We recently purchased the Support Suite product and have it installed and now we need to begin to understand it more and learn how to adapt it to our business processes (or vice versa). We are a Higher Education support department and the Helpdesk is under my management and we have been using a home grown package for over 10 years now and we like what we read about this product (and its price). We of course are like most higher ed support departments in that we are understaffed and our workloads far exceed hours in the day/week. My point here is that we need training and I was hoping to get some costs for such training and where the training could occur.
