Hi, I have contracted SoftAir to develop a Pay Per Ticket module for Kayako. This is with PayPal, and it also handles people buying batches of tickets, and also monthly subscriptions, which allows x number of tickets per month. SoftAir, as you know from this thread: Softair LTD is an AMAZING company that knows Kayako inside out! They have come back with a very fair price, but, which is slightly outside my budget at the moment. They have given me permision to post here to see if anyone want's to share the cost of having this developed. If you are interested, please PM me for price details. The more people want it, the lower each one has to pay. ![]() Kind Regards, Richelo Killian |

Have JC look at this thread: Ticket Purchaser (Pay-Per-Ticket System) Maybe it will help. Maybe if it is released, Kayako can buy it and sell it as an add-on module that we can purchase for much cheaper. |

Right, just got a PM with the quoted price from SoftAir as he is not to post it publically. What if I were to pay for it to be done and then you guys pay me like $100-$200 to buy a licence to it? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

No, I think you misunderstood. I pay for it to be done, you then pay me for a licence for each helpdesk you wish to run it on. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

In my opinion, you need to link JC to this thread and urge him to have SoftAir develop one and then sell it on themselves. If you buy with exclusivity rights and then sell it, you are bound to basic trading standards and it will be up to you to make sure it is kept secure and updated; quite a hassle. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Can I ask you why Kayako would not want to purchase it and sell it as an add-on? This seems like something a lot of people would be interested in. | |

I think it is more they would not include 3rd party code for this type of thing. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
