Hello Craigbass.

Will do the translation this weekend, and as you suggested will upload the file to share with other people here in the forum.

Due that we want to "connect" somehow the kayako platform with a CRM system, maybe i would be intrested in asking for your help.

Can you send me an email at fj.almena[at]epoint.es with the services and prices you provide so i can take them into account for in the near future?

I can create LoginShares, Importers (Impex) + do installations and configuration.
