You would actually end up paying the same price anyway even from a UK based seller. Reason being is they are not able to claim any tax back from Kayako so they would just be adding VAT on top of the price they pay Kayako as well as their own profit of which you claim the VAT back. A non-UK based seller has no tax to begin with and only adds profit so you end up paying the same either way. The non-UK based seller would work out easier though as you don't have to work out what you would need to claim back and send it in.
