Hi

I am facing a few urgent issues

1. Submit new ticket does not work.(message body refreshes)

2. Reply to a ticket does not work (ajax errors)

I need some urgent help

That is correct they are very good at what they do...

They are currently in the process of redoing my system as well.

Many eyes are looking at the issue now.I am keeping my fingers crossed.

There needs to be an ecosystem of quality support around a good product.

This will help the Customer relax, as he can always find support.

At the end of the day, Kayako is a well finished product.

The problem persists

Can you also look at the earlier work, it does not work. Please help me fix the root cause of the problem.

1. The eSuppport is installed in a folder say kayako

So the url sitename/kayako works.

2. the URL that the end user will use is

kayako.sitename.com

AdminCP has

kayako.sitename.com configured in it

3. The key.php has some mismatch with this whole URL

I get an ajax error saying URL is different.

Supportskins please help me resolve this please.

Check now, the issue should be fixed. Please update our support ticket if the issue still persist for you. I have emailed you a screenshot for the ticket submitted from kayako.sitename.com

I also suggest you clear your browser cache.
