| Will Pay for Modification: Only 1 Opened ticket at a time -

I am looking for a modification that checks any open tickets and if a ticket is already open it takes them to modify the existing ticket or wait until that ticket is closed.
Basically so that only 1 ticket per user (email address) be open at the same time, so that way people that wish to open tickets to every single department can calm down and see that hey need to modify the ticket before it gets replied to, or just wait for a response.
It would have to email them that response with a way for them to login and modify existing ticket, or if done via the web interface just a notice that again links them on how to modify existing open ticket. |
