Have you been wanting to get your Modernbill client to be synced with your Kayako? With our script called MoKasync. You can set it to run in a cron and it will always add new clients to the newsletter and add them to the Kayako. Some FAQ's Q1. Why not just use the Login Share feature with Kayako? A1. We used this for awhile ourselves, but didn't like the idea of having to make another template group in order to allow people to register. With our sync script you only have to set the file permissions and the cron and it will add them automatically. Q1. What if someone wants to opt out of the newsletter since you added them automatically? A1. That is fine, there is a small code you can add to the link in the newsletter email to allow them to unsubscribe. Then they will no longer be emailed a newsletter. Q1. Does it auto sync every client with Kayako? A1. It will sync all of the client for the support desk. We have found that all users need to be added to Support Center. Reason for this, is even if they are marked Fraud they can start a ticket and have there issue resolved. This goes for Pending accounts. Evenw ith Pending accounts some users need to start a ticket if for some reason they didn't get there welcome email. It will only sync the Active users in the Newsletter section. That way if people in the passed have canceled or have left your company for other reasons. They will not get a email from News and get frustrated about it.
