Couple of comments.

Your site always appears rather slow to load. Something you may want to look into.

You should use another payment gateway as your main one (Authorize.net, WorldPay, 2Checkout, etc) and PayPal as an alternative. Reason being, if you have funds in your PayPal account but want to pay via a card on the account, it won't let you.

5-8 second initial load delay from both Be* and Zen (UK).

Have to agree site is a little on the slow side - deffinatly not down to our internet as i get a good speed to a SF server:

anyways, back on topic

i am looking forward to the live office module - just need to persuade my manager to buy it

Hi Carl and Craig,

We found out that there is a problem with the SEO module and Multilingual module that we are using at our site that may cause that some users experience a slow load. This will be fixed in the next days.

By the ways the ticket posts search and date time custom fields were released as free modifications.
