Ticket Posts Approval Queue Modification - 18-09-2007, 05:27 PM

This modification allows certain staff members (staff users) to create ticket posts, but the post is send (or visible) to client only after other staff members (staff supervisors) approve the post. If a staff supervisor creates the post, it is approved automatically.

If the post is Accepted, the post is send to user or gets visible for him. If it is rejected, staff supervisor can explain the reasons for rejection in a text area, and a ticket note is created with that information.
